Serving Minneapolis and the Twin Cities since 1986

Experienced. Dedicated. Knowledgeable.
These three words define who I am and what I offer to my clients. I have been practicing law in the Twin Cities area since 1986, helping families and their children find positive solutions to their problems.
I started my career as an associate attorney with Strusinski & Associates, P.A. in St. Paul. I handled the firm’s family law practice, gaining extensive experience handling divorce cases. After several years, litigating these cases began to leave me and my clients feeling dissatisfied and disillusioned with the adversarial court system as a means for resolving the complicated, unique and often emotional issues presented in divorce cases. Fortunately, Minneapolis attorney Stu Webb, conceived of the Collaborative Law Process, whereby attorneys, along with trained financial and mental health professionals, assist parties positively restructure their families, while supporting the emotional landscape of their divorce. Conflict is reduced and you avoid the economic and emotional strain of litigation.

I became increasingly interested in Collaborative Law, and left Strusinski & Associates, P.A. to train in and focus on this process. In 1991, I founded my own firm devoted to helping clients throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area resolve their family and marital disputes through more peaceful methods. I have spent the last twenty years developing my Collaborative Law Practice, earning a reputation for excellence among clients and colleagues alike. Collaborative Law is now practiced in 24 countries and has been a ground-breaking method of alternative dispute resolution.
